I have been working with N.A.D.S. for over 15 years. In that time, I cannot recall an instance where I was given a wrong answer on any topic pertaining to warranty processing.

Their processes and systems are sure to capture every penny we are owed and they are always looking for ways to improve and simplify their operation. There is no one I would trust more to help process and decode the manufacturers' policies. Truly top notch.

Dealer Audit Compliance Credit

Starting in September 2020, dealers will have the opportunity to earn a compliancy credit which could be worth over $10,000 on the warranty side. The compliancy credit would apply to both in-person and mailout audits. With this potential opportunity to create a positive impact from a corporate review, now is the time to be proactive and make sure your service department is adhering to all warranty policies and procedures.

N.A.D.S. can perform a full mock audit of your service department's warranty procedures and provide the necessary corrections to put your service department on the right path to earning that compliancy credit. BE PROACTIVE!!

Be Proactive.

While the occurrence of these deviations does not necessarily imply that a dealership is attempting to misrepresent the transactions, the deviations nonetheless can result in significant financial impact to the dealer.

The potential penalty for missing/improper pre-approvals/authorization by service management, detailed cause and correction by technicians or sublet documentation can add up quickly during any review.

Give Warranty Priority.

Pushing the administrative task to the lowest level of the priority totem pole can increase your chances of being audited.

Do you worry that your store may be missing out on thousands of dollars in warranty claims that were processed incorrectly?

Are you requesting a PARTS HANDLING ALLOWANCE increase and concerned your current warranty administration process won’t support the additional scrutiny during a factory audit?

Find Opportunity.

Recent Warranty reviews have revealed a pattern of opportunities that exist as it relates to adherence to Warranty Policy and Procedures (P&P).

Don’t wait for the dreaded Audit Notice. A quarterly mock-audit process can evaluate and identify non-compliant issues and provide training for patterns identified during an on-site review. In many cases, dealers advise that they were unaware of the proper procedures to follow.

The good news is that most deviations are quite easy to identify during a consultative job card review. They can be corrected with the dealership implementing proper management control processes, and assuring staff follow them each and every time.

Helpful, quick to respond, and carry themselves with high integrity!

We initially sought out their assistance for navigating a warranty audit. They were able to guide us through the process to document compliant process and procedure.

Beyond that they assist us every other year with a simulated audit to ensure that we continue to comply with the manufacturer’s warranty requirements.

N.A.D.S. corrected multiple submissions made by a law firm for parts/labor uplift that went south. N.A.D.S. helped us rescind the law firm's request and corrected our labor reimbursement efficiently preventing a substantial loss.
